Australian and N.Z. C*b!o Association. (Becd. 5.30 p.m.) LONDON, Dec. 12. The French Boxing Federation has sanctioned a return match between Georges Carpentier and Battling Siki, the Senegalese, provided that the whole proceeds of the mateh and of the cinematograph rights go to scientific research funds. The Paris correspondent of the Uaiiy Chronicle states that it is now very doubtful whether a match between Siki and Carpentier will be held. The sportsmen who offered £SCOO for a match now refuse to devote the proceeds to scientific laboratories unless they are first reimbursed from the profits. Siki insists on. the restoration of his license, but refuses to appear before a commission of inquiry.
