ON BOARD THE CHATHAM. [BY TELEGRAPH.—PRESS ASSOCIATION.] . CHEISTCHURCH. Tuesday. H.M.S. Chatham, with the GovernorGeneral, Lord Jellicoe, and Lady Jellicoe on board, left Lyttelton for Wellington at noon to-day. J The commander of the Chatham had offered to take a certain number of deckpassengers, but in view of the Mararoa entering the ferry service the proposal was not proceeded with.
