LABOUR AND GERMAN.
NOT AN OFFICIAL LANGUAGE. LONDON, Oct. 21. The desirability of"adding German as an official language, with English and French, was discussed at the International Labour Conference at Geneva, on a proposition by M. Jonnaux, representing the Confederation General du Travail. The proposal was rejected by 14 votes to 10.
