FLYING IN A FOG.

AIR TAXI'S WONDERFUL TRIP.

CONSTANTINOPLE TO LONDON

LONDON. Oct. 23. Two thousand miles of fog and rain, bo thick that the pilot had to follow every bend of the Danube and the Rhine, flying 50ft. over the water, was the experience of the air taxi, which carried General Warren' Anderson from London to Constantinople on October 9. On the return journey the machine left Constantinople carrying a pilot and King's messenger with despatches on Thursday afternoon. The despatches reached the War Office at noon yesterday, or in 24 hours less than by means of the usual channels. This illustrates that long-distance flying is practicable under the worst conditions. ~
