FOUR DROWNED IN HARBOUR.
BOAT CAPSIZES IN SQUALL. A. and N.Z. SYDNEY. Oct. 30. During a squall in Sydney Harbour a sailing boat capsized with a picnic party of 11, of whom four were drowned, Ivy Kingman, Beatrice Jameson, William Porter, and Alfred Dawson.
