OUTBREAK IN POPLAR.
20 CASES IN WEEK-END. Australian and N.Z. Cable Association. (Reed. 9.5 r>.m.) LONDON, Oct. 29. An outbreak of smallpox at Poplar is spreading alarmingly. Twenty cases have been reported since Friday.
