The Mayor, Mr. J. W. Shackelford, and Messra, E. H. Potter and A. M. Bryden were appointed delegates. It was decided that rs many members as possible accept the City Council's invitation to be present at the next City Council meeting when questions of tramway extensions and electricity are to be discussed.
