LOSS OF THE RALEIGH.
COMMANDER DISMISSED. GUILTY OF NEGLIGENCE. Australian and N.Z. Cablf Association. (Reed. 8.5 p-m.) LONDON. Oct. 26. A court-martial at Portsmouth found Commander Leslie Bott guilty of negligence in connection with the loss of the Raleigh off the coast of Labrador on August 8. He was dismissed from the nhip, and severely reprimanded.
