There was some discussion on the motion 10 commit the Magistrate's Court Amendment Bill and the Feuoing Amendment Bill (No, 2), the discussion on the latter Bill being continued after the-dinner Hdjournment. Both Bills were then tak*n :m Committee, and were subsequently passed. The Harbours Amendment Bill -was passed. The Crimes. Amendment Bill was "read a second time, and- the House rose at 11.58 p.m. In the Legislative Council the Bay of Islands Harhour Amendment Bill was reported without amendment. The Land and Incomo Tax Amendment Bill was vassed.
