REPAIRS TO THE RONA.
MAY UNDOCK TO-MORROW.
READY FOR SEA NEXT WEEK The Colonial Sugar Company's steamer Rona will probably be taken out of dock to-morrow, as her extensive repairs are practically completed. The principal work remaining to be done is the cementing of the ballast tanks and fore peak, and this can be done out of dock- Itwwil t however, be at least a week before the vessel is ready for sea. as there is a considerable amount of cleaning up to be undertaken, as well as taking in stores and bunker coal. Captain A. Wallis and his officers returned from Sydney on Monday by the Moeraki. Four vessels are waiting to go into dock. They are the ferry steamer Goshawk, Waipori, Iris, and Rarawa.
