VICTIM SEVERELY INJURED. [BY TELEGRAPH. —PRESS ASSOCIATION. J ASHBURTON, Monday. A serious shooting accident occurred at Litmore on Sunday afternoon. John Percy Aehton, a single man, aged 21 years, was showing a seven-year-old lad named Geoffrey Sergeant how to hold a shotgun, the weapon being loaded. When it was being lifted by tho boy mto position it discharged, and the shot entered Ashton'3 throat. His condition is very critical.
