BODIES IN WRONG COFFINS.

SYDNEY- Oct. 12.
Some little time ago a gruesome error on the part of undertakers in Sydney resulted in relatives of a dead man following the body of another man to the grave. The mistake led to disinterment and a repetition of the burial. A somewhat similax mistake is now reported from Newcastle. The corpse of a young man who died in the hospital was removed to the morgue, whence it was taken to the residence of relatives. Before it was removed for burial, h o *" ever, one of the relatives had the lid o» the coffin removed, and, to the astonishment and dismay of those P'e«ent,tne coffin was found to contain an elderly man. It i» stated thaS.further investigation discloised that the bociv SIToSe man had been taken in a cofjn SVSnt suburb prior to arrangement for interment.
