ACQUISITION 'OF ESTATES. FAIR AND REASONABLE TERMS.. Australian, and N.Z. Cable .Vaacciation.. (Reed. 9.5 p.m.) SYDNEY, Sept. 26. At the annual conference of the National Association, Sir George Fuller, in his presidential address, outlined the Government'a land policy. He said that private estates vrould be acquired by fair and reasonable treaty with the owners. He believed, that after the discussions the Government had already had with land owners, its proposals in this direction | would be fairly and patriotically met. \ -
