Union and the New Zeaj land Farmers' Union a basis of fedcra* j tion had tentatively been agreed upon. | The terms of th» agreement had yet to I be ratified by the respective executives.! The agreement provides that the New J Zealand Farmers' Union and the Dairy Farmers' Union 6hall each continue to j do their own organisation work and man- ! i age their own branches of the provincial j organisation, and that each member of | both, organisations shall contribute 5s to j a Dominion fund. It is provided that | the Dominion conference shall consist of i the provincial presidents, one dologate ; for each 600 financial members in each I province, and that the Dominion Execu- | tive shall bo elected by joint members | of the conference. i
