ITALIAN RAILWAY STRIKE.
PENALTIES TO BE IMPOSED. Australian and N.Z. Cable Association. (Reed. 5-20 p.m.) ROME. Aug. 17. The railway management has decided to impose penalties on the railwaymen who participated in the recent strike. Of tho number, 110, including nine stationmasters, will be dismissed.
