WRECK IN ELLICE GROUP

AMERICAN SCHOONER LOST.

ALL THE CREW RESCUED. A. and N.Z. SUVA, Aug. 17. The motor ship Hauraki sent a wireless message last night that the American schooner Henrietta became a total wreck on July 27 on Nukulailai, one of the Ellice Group The Hauraki picked up all the crew. The Henriette was loaded with copra at Levuka and Rotuma, and left for San Francisco. Her cargo was insured.

The Henriette was an iron four-masted schooner of 735 tons, owned by Alexander Woodside. of San Francisco. She was built in 1874 as a steamer.
