FIJI SUGAR INDUSTRY.
MILL LABOUR SHORT. [FROM OUR OWN CORRESPONDENT.] FIJI, Aug. 2. The sugar mills are now crushing, but the labour supply is still so scanty that progress is necessarily slow. Still if things get no worse, the sugar companies will be able to complete their Beason not very much behind the usual time.
