CITY SCHOOLS COMMITTEE.

<» The City Schools Committee met last evening. Mr. Giles Partington presided. Tho headmaeter of the Napier Street School wrote stating that as the result of swimming olasses held during February and March,, 68 pupils had gained certificates. In the 50yds. ewim 37 Qualified, in the 220 yds. 25 were successful, and in tho mile eix gained cerincates. It was istated. that sinoo the truant officer had been dispensed with the average attendance at tho three city schools had been very erratic. At Nelson Street there was an increase; at Beresford Street and Napier Street there were very unsatisfactory attendances. Owing to tho poor attendance at Beresford Street School, one teacher was being dispensed with. The committee decided to ascertain' if it would be possible to reappoint the truant officer and keep tho teacher at the school. GIVE NATUKE A CHANCE. If nature is given a fair chance little assistance is needed to keep the human machine in proper working order, but millions of people don't give Nature any chance at all. They load up the digestive sy.item to such an extent with excessive food and drink that unless prompt assistance is forthcoming a complete break occurs. This is where Dr. Morse's Indian Root Pills become Nature's Silent Partner working while you sleep. They aid tho digestion and assimilation of food, cleansing and purifying the blood and toning the entire system. They leave no unpleasant after-effects, and one can easily 'feel the difference between them and other no-called remedies for claims are made. Try these so-called remedies in comparison with Dr. Morse's Indian Root Pills, and note the difference, which will be apparent to anyone.
