TROUBLE NOT SERIOUS. A. and N.Z. CAPETOWN. May 29In tho House of Assembly, General Smuts stated that the trouble in the Southwest Protectorate originated througn Bondelswartz tribesmen refusing to extradite certain criminals among them. He did not think the matter very serious, but, it might become eo if a great concentration of rebels occurred.
