DIVORCE SUIT FAILS. -
"DISGRACEFUL COURTSHIP." LONDON. May 3 Mr. Justice Hill, in the Divorce Court, dismissed the petition of Mrs. Miller, nee Kathleen Howard, daughter of Major Stephen Howard, M.P., for a judicial separation from Mr. Alastair Miller, con of Sir William Miller, fifth baronet, who served as a captain in the war. There was a cross-petition for restitution of conjugal rights. The courtship began in 1915, whe-n Kathleen was l 3 years old, and Alastair was 23, and a secret marriage followed Mr. Justice Hill strongly castigate c both parties. . .. "The Story of the courtship, he said, "was disgraceful, more disgraceful t-o ins husband, because he was older. petition. . . . . * While Mr. Justice Hill was giving hiß judgment-, the husband was driving a motor-car in a speed trial at Brooklands.
