(Eecd. 6.5 p.m.) LONDON, May 10. Tho Minister for Labour, Dr. T. J. MacNamara, replying to questions in the House of Commons, said that to make agreements of the Joint Industrial Court, compulsory throughout an industry required a greater measure of agreement between employers and workers than had been attained hitherto. During March and April loss of time through trade disputes amounted to 9,000,000 working days. The Government hoped to introduce a. Bill this session embodying the recommendations of Lord C»ve'a 00111initteo on trade board*.
