Answering questions in tho House of Commons, Mr. Austen Chamberlain said that tho Allies must decide on tho action to be taken in the event of Germany defaulting in her indemnity payments. He regretted that tho Allies had not already decided what should bo done, but that was not Britain's f-iult.
