Tho course was in Rood order. Tho totalisator investments amounted to £24,638, compared with £'34,428 on the corresponding day last year. Aloo Started—Oaklcigh, Mattock. Luperino. Poddington Green, Tenacious. Oakleigh finished first, but he missed the last fence, and as a result was disqualified. Khartoum and Sir Solo fought out a good finish, the first-named irinning/ by half a length. Time, 5m 38s. Tenacious fell.
