Tho Mayor, Councillors, and Burgesses of the Borough of Otahuhu give notice in pur- ' suance of Section 9 of tho above-mentioned Act. 1. That the purpose for which tho loan is required ia as follows:— (a) The sum of £2010 for the construction of a concrete reservoir to contain 250,000 gallons of water beside the present Borough Water Tower on Mt. Richmond Hill, and to connect the same with the existing mains. ,(b) The sum of .£945 to construct and lay a 4in.
