KAURI GULLY RESERVE.
NEW BOARD APPOINTED,
The personnel of the Northcote Scenic I Board, gazetted this month, has been in- ] creased from five to eight. The term of office is three years, and quarterly meetings are to be held, the first to take place on May 1. The permanent chair man is the commissioner of the North Auckland Land District, and the Birkenhead district is allotted four membersMessrs J. W. Court. E. C, Walton, C. E. Campbell and J. I'. McPhail-and the Northcote district three—Messrs. W, E. Richardson, H. H. Hunt and J. B. Tonar. The reserve comprises 24 acres in Kauri Gully, in the Northcote Borough, at t£e back of the Northcote Main School.
