SEIZURE OF TRAWLERS.
PROSECUTION UNLIKELY. [bi telegraph.— peess association.] NAPIER. Wednesday.
The collector of customs states in connection with the seizure of five trawlers said to havo been fishing within proscribed limits, that bearings havo been taken and the vessels were so close to the boundary line that the case against the owners probably will not succeed. It is unlikely therefore that any action will bo taken.
