PREMIER'S SAMOAN VISIT.

DEPARTURE NEXT MONTH. GRIEVANCES OF NATIVES. [by. telegbaph.—own correspondent.] WELLINGTON, Wedncedaj. Tho Prime Minister will be visiting Samoa next month, but he has not vet announced his arrangements definitely. He has not very much time left at his disposal since he must be back in Wellington before the opening of Parliament at the end of June. It is reported that the chiefs are preparing to present their suggestions and grievances to him at length. The natives of Samoa have a great respect for high authority and although they have never seen Mr. Massey they have learned to regard him as " the big chief."
