PETITION FOR DIVORCE.

SEQUEL TO SEPARATION.

A petition for divorce was heard in the Supreme Court yesterday, before Mr. Justice Reed, the petitioner being Emil Frederick Nelson, builder, Auckland (Mr Herman) and the respondent Ann Jane Nelson (Mr. A. H. Johnstone). A defence filed by the respondent was withdrawn The ground of the petition was that an agreement of separation was entered into by the parties in 1915 and had been observed ever since. A decree nisi was granted.
