HOROWHENUA'S ENGINEER. [BY TELSQBAPH.—PBES9 AgSOCIAHOH.] LEVIN, W«dae»d»j. The Horowhenua Electric Power Board to-day appointed Mr. T. R. Overton, engineer to tho Centra) Board, Waikato, and formerly of Dunedin, to the position of resident electrical engineer at a salary of £1000 a year.
