I • I MR. 0. I. WRAQQE'S FORECAST The following weather forecast was supplied to us by Mr. Clement L. Wragge at 7.30 o'clock last evening:The southern edge of the tropical storm j Viola is now overlapping all North Auck- ' land, embracing also the city and adjacent areas, while the Antarctic disturbance Xilion is south-west from Cape Egmont, and the recent high pressure having receded from the mainland is at prosent in the vicinity of the Chatham : Islands. This distribution of atmosphere implies further boisterous and rainy weather from between east-north-east, north-east, and north-north-west over all that part of the Dominion which is north from a line joining Tola,?a Bav and Kaglan, and conditions will be especially ;bad betweon Whangarei, Throe Kiiws, and north therefrom. Xilion will affect ail the South Island later, so a general rainfall is to be expected. Heavy B eas north from Auckland. That hurricane conditions prevail with decrease of latitude from the North Cape there is little doubt. Shipping is advised. YESTERDAY'S WEATHER.
