ST. PATRICK'S DAY.

The celebration of St. Patrick's Day will be commenced in the Town Hall on Friday, March 17. with a national concert, when Irish songs, dances, recitations, quartettes, choruses, instrumental items and a tableau will be given, Oh Saturday athletio eports, dancing competitions, and a massed spectacular display by school children will be held on the Domain, All entries, except for dancing, dose on Tuesday, March 7. Entries for cash events will be taken by Mr. J. Adlam, of the City Fire Station, and entries for amateur events will be accepted'by the seoretary at the Amateur Sports Club, on Friday evenings from 7 to 7.30 o'clock.
