Word has been nxjeived that the borough valuations kava reached the Auckland District Lands Office, and will be delivered to lessees within a few days, enabling them to make application for the freehold of their sections under the new Act. The freeholding of the town will help the council in Taising its loans for reading proposals and hydro-electric power.
