THE WANGANUI MEETING. [BY TELEGRAPH.—OWN CORRESPONDENT.] WANGANUI, Saturday. Amythas has trained on satisfactorily since racing at the Dunedin meeting, and F. D. Jones took the Demosthenes gelding North yesterday with a view to contesting the AVango-nui Cup. Amythaa i« set a big task to win under 10.2, but he can bo depended upon to run out the mile and threequarters in great style. Foo Chew bas also been sent North, and he will also be raced at the Wanganui meeting.
