SERIOUS CHARGE PAILS.
JURY FINDS FOR ACCUSED.
A charge of indecently assaulting a girl nine years of age on January 13 was brought against John George Fitzpatrick (Mr. Singer). A verdict of not guilty resulted from the hearing and accused was discharged.
