TWELVE KILLED IN MOSCOW.
LONDON, Feb. 8.
A message received at Paris from Moscow states that owing to the cutting away of nterior woodwork by people wanting fuel tho front of * house opposite the Kremlin collapsed, killing three inside and nine people who were passing.
