ABOLITION PROMISED.
LONDON, Feb. 7.
The Times' correspondent at Warsawsays that, according to an official statement, the Soviet secret police will shortly be abolished. . Civil police will be substituted similar to those in Western countries, but in view of existing conditions it is doubtful if the new name will mean .11 new regime.
