Mr. Reuben Bigland and Mr. Horatio Bottomley, M.P., applied against each other for rules of committal for contempt in respect of publications bearing on the impending trial of Bigland for alletfed incitement to extortion. The Court fii<ed Bigland £10, 3nd Bottomley £100, each paying his own costs.
