DECREE NISI ANNULLED.
THE RUTHERFORD CASE. (Received 7.30 p.m.) United Service. LONDON. Feb. 13. The Court of Appeal annulled the decree i nisi granted to Mrs. Rutherford against i her husband, Colonel Rutherford, 'who is | now in an asylum, to which he was com- i mittcd after shooting dead his cousin, | Major Seton, in January, 1919. The present development is the result of the finding of the Court of Appeal in November last upholding Miss Richardson's denial that she was guilty of misconduct with the cousin of Colonel Rutherford.
