N.B. WALES LEGISLATION. OBLIGATION ON INDIVIDUALS Australian and N.Z. Cable Association. (Eecd. 10.40 p.m) BYDNEY, Deo 15. The new Health Bill, one of the last measures passed by the Dooley Government, empowers the Government, on the advice of the Health authorities, to make structural alterations to plague-infected premises, and to take steps to place upon individual members of the community the obligation to assist; in preventing the spread of disease. A vigorous campaign against rats continues. Another rat infected with plague has been caught.
