TODAY'S FORECABT. GOVERNMENT REPORT. The Government meteorologist reported last night as follows:—Present indications are for increasing northerly winds especially in and southward of Cook' Strait. Weather will be warm and fair to cloudy m .Northern and East Coast districts, but unsettled and cloudy, with rain probable, in West Coast and Southern districts.
