OVERSEAS MAILS.
INCOMING. The Marama left San Francisco for Wellington on Novomber 27. carrying 1876 bags of mail for New Zealand. The mail is due here next Tuesday. The American steamer Sonoma, due at Sydney from San Francisco on December 27, has 231 bscs of Enclish and 120 of American mail for New Zealand. The mail will probably arrive at Auckland by the Maheno on January 1. OUTGOING. Outgoing mails for overseas ports close at Auckland as under:— To-day. Australian States, per Canadian Transporter, 2 p.m.: lato fee, 3 p.m. TuEBDAy. Australian States, Ceylon. India, Japan, Straits Settlements, South Africa, and Egypt, per Main Trunk, 11 a.m. Fiji, Fanning Island, Japan, Honolulu, Canada, North, Central, and South America, West Indies, United Kingdom, and Continent of Europe, per Niagara, via Vancouver, 3 p.m. W. GEE, Chief Postmastor.
