BRITISH LABOUR CHARGE. "CONSPIRACY OF EMPLOYERS." Australian and N.Z. Cable ABsocifttion.\ (R«od. 9.38 p.m.) LONDON, Dec. 13. The General Council of the Trades Union Congress in a manifesto alleges that employers are conspiring to encompass a reduction of wages land drastic extension of the normal working week. The council computes the wage reductions already made reach a total of £286,000,000 annually.
