VICTORY BOND CLUBS.
MR. BOTTOMLEY'S METHODS. COURT ORDERS INQUIRY. Australian and N.Z. Cable Association. (Reed. 7.40 p.m.) LONDON. Dec. 13. The Chancery Division decided that Mr. Horatio Bottomley, M.P., is trustee for the subscribers to three Victory Bond Clubs, and directed that inquiries be made into the administration of tho funds, Mr. Bottomley to pay the costs to dato.
Mr. Justice Sargant said that the statement of claim which Mr. Bottomley had 'not challenged, disclosed very grave irregularities on Mr. Bottomley's part.
