OVERSEAS MAILS.
INCOMING. The Maiama left San Francisco for Wellington on November 27, carrying 1378 bags of mail for New Zealand. The mail is due here next Tuesday. The jVmerican steamer Sonoma, due at Sydney from San Francisco on December 27, has 231 bass of English and 120 of American mail for New Zealand. The mail will probably arrive at Auckland by the Maheno on January 1. OUTGOING. Outgoing mails for overseas ports close at Auckland as under:— To-rur. Australian States, Ceylon, India, Japan, Straits Settlements, South Africa, and Egypt, per Mar-uka, at 9 a.m.'; lato fee, 10 a,m. Tuesday.
