WIFE GRANTED DIVORCE.
SEPARATION BY CONSENT. A decree, nisi was granted to Minnie Kerr (Dr. Fitchett), who petitioned for a divorce from John jferr, on the ground of separation by mutual eomsent, before Mr. Justice Herdman, at the Supreme Ccurt yesterday. Tho petitionsr stated that she was married in 1915, and in 1317 owipg to their. relationship being strained, the parties agreed to 6eparaee, and lad not lived together since. The whole proceedings occupied only nino rr.inutes.
