THREE PARTIES IN FIELD. A COALITION EXPECTED. Renter- , OTTAWA, Deo. 4. Tho quietest election campaign in the history of Canada will end with the polling on Tuesday next. It is certain that not one of the three parties in the field, Liberals, Conservatives, and the Farmers' Party, will secure a majority. Careful estimates suggest that the "new House may contain 90 Liberals, 80 Conservatives, and 70 Farmers, in which case Liberals and Farmers may form a coalition, i ■' : - •'
