PLOTTERS AGAINST SOVIET. A. and N.Z. LONDON, Sept. 16.
A message from Riga states that 830 men and women in Kieff, accused of complicity in a plot to overthrow the Soviet Government, were shot by order of the Extraordinary Commission.
