INCOMING. The Niagara, which left Vancouver for Auckland on September 10. has on board 1128 bags of mail for New Zealand, and 858 bags for Australia. The Tahiti left San Francisco for Wellington on August 26, with 949 bags of mail for New Zealand, including 634 from tho United Kingdom. The mail is due here today. t The Maheno. due from Sydney to-morrow morning, has. 920 bags of mail, including 153 from the Unitod Kingdom.
OUTGOING. Outgoing mails for overseas ports close at Auckland as under:— 9 To-DAT-Fiji, per H.M.S. Veronica. 7 a.m. To-mobbow. Banks Island, New Hebrides, and Solomon Islands, per Southern Cross, at 3 p.m.; late fee 4 p.m. Septembxb 24. Australian States, Ceylon, India, China, Japan, Straits Settlements, South Africa, and Egypt, per Maheno, 9 a.m. Octobeb 3. Cook Islands, Tahiti. Canada, North, Central, and South America, West Indies, United Kingdom, and Continent of Europe. Via San Francisco (to connect with Tahiti at Wellington). 5 p.m. W. GEE, Chief Postmaster.
