FEDERAL NAVIGATION ACT.
TASMANIA'S GRIEVANCE. A. and N.Z- HOBART, Sept. 16. Decision is likely to be sought whether the provisions of the Navigation Act, which deprives Tasmania of visite from overseas vessels are illegal, inasmuch as they mean restraint of trade, particularly in regard to the export of apples.
