THE ARBUCKLE CASE.

VERDICT AT THE INQUEST.

CHARGE OP MANSLAUGHTER. A. and N.Z. SAN FRANCISCO, Sept. 15. The coroner's jury returned a verdict \of manslaughter against Roscoe Arbuckle, who, is still held in gaol. There are now four charges against him, two of murder of Miss Bappe, and two of manslaughter, but as the two latter charges are official jury verdicts it is likely tihat the prosecution will ask for a trial on a charge of manslaughter instead of murder. Arbuckle was greatly affected by the coroner's verdict. H?- turned deauly pale, afnd mopped his brow on its announcement.
